		<description>The saddest part of all of this news is that we indeed have the technology and capability to fix 60% of all of our enegery problems right now!
Imagine if we, as a country, followed the lead of Germany by subsidizing solar energy installation or England and Ireland and their massive wind farm programs. Germany is NOT a sunny country yet they are the worlds largest solar cell consumer and they intend to run 30% or more of their country on renewable energy within the next 10 years. That will be an enormous weight removed from their economy! As a result, their industries will be able to invest in R&#38;D instead of energy costs and they will be hugely profitable. While our industries will struggle just to keep the lights on.
We need change on a massive scale immediately to right our ship called America!</description>
